Delivery fee standard for out of province delivery in Cambodia:

1. Phnom Penh and other provinces: The minimum charge starts from yuan/ticket, and is subject to negotiation for particularly remote areas. Please inquire about the price list for special car delivery

Note:

1. The company refuses to accept products that infringe on intellectual property rights or prohibited items. Prohibited items by air should not be sent through channels with air transportation. Any consequences found will be borne by the company, and a fine of 200 yuan per ticket will be imposed

2. Calculation method for the weight of light foam goods: air freight length cm X width cm X height cm/6000 (half of the thrown part is counted) B, C land transportation calculation method: length cm X width cm X height cm/6000 (full foam)

3. Due to force majeure factors such as flights, weather, customs clearance, etc., services may be delayed

4. If the customer requires insurance, a premium of 3% of the value of the goods will be charged, with a minimum of 50 yuan and a maximum insurance amount of 20000 yuan. Fragile items are covered for loss but not damage. For fragile items or goods that do not meet transportation requirements, our company has the right to refuse transportation.

5. For goods that have not been insured for transportation, if the goods are lost, the maximum compensation will be calculated at RMB per kilogram of the gross weight of the damaged goods. For fragile items with intact outer packaging and damaged inner contents, our company will not compensate. Please pay attention to the packaging!

6. Due to limited nighttime operation time, customers are requested to mark the destination on the waybill with a ballpoint pen to avoid sorting errors (attached area table)

7. COD collection of payment: Our company charges a 10% handling fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded after 30 days

8. AP direct flight channels to China can be declared separately for customs clearance, with a single main bill and price list inquiry from our company. The customs clearance fee and inspection fee will be reimbursed on a case by case basis. Please consult our company for specific details

9. For electronic products, machinery, machines, valuable items, special items, counterfeit brands, powders, liquids, food, drugs, etc., please consult our company before ordering shipment

10. The above prices do not include invoices, with an additional 3% for international freight forwarding invoices

11. Additional taxes need to be paid in cash without receipts
